The Website Process - From initial logo design, Website Design to Finished Website BuildOnce we receive the website deposit we work on a simple process as follows to ensure we meet your deadlines for your new website. Our ideal timeframe from start to finish is 4 weeks however on the majority of occasions it depends how quick you the Client can sign off the design work. We generally work on common sense, if you sign off quickly we can hit the deadlines, if you take weeks then we have to sensibly reschedule the work. The example below shows the complete process with a new logo/logo refresh.
Week 1
The Brief – We would have discussed your new website design brief but what we like to do is get the designer working on your website to call you directly to ensure he has interpreted it completely and also run any ideas they may have past you. Also from your original web design brief you may have a few other ideas as well.

Week 2
The logo – From the brief we provide a mock up board of logos. Once you agree on your logo we are able to design the website accordingly.
Week 3
The Design – A flat mock up of the design of the home page of your website is then put together and sent to you to view. At this point you can input on your likes and dislikes of the mock up of your new website and we then make changes as necessary. Only when you are 100% happy with the mock up do we get our coders to build the site.
Week 4
The Build – Once the design is signed off our team of coders will build your site. Please note that once the build of your new website commences if you change your mind on the design additional charges may apply.
This whole process generally takes 4 weeks from start to finish but depends on how quick you are able to discuss the initial brief and sign off the website design stage. If you require a website to be live quicker we can do so within a week if required but we do have to charge a premium.
